The spectrum of our products is quite diverse, ranging from the raising of select grains for the making of our own fresh pasta and bread, to the preparation of feed for our animals -- ducks, guinea hens, rabbits, turkeys, egg-laying hens, roasting chickens, geese, as well as beef cattle and pigs.

In addition, we produce olives, kiwi, apricots, peaches, plums, cherries, and string beans.


Because we personally raise our own select livestock and prepare their feed on-site, we are very proud of our meat products -- salami, pancetta, and prosciutto, as well as a variety of meats for outdoor grilling, which we then serve to the dinner guests at Agriturismo La Fredda.

Costantina, with the meat from her own rabbits and ducks, prepares excellent sauces, which she then serves atop homemade pasta. She also makes her own fruit marmalades and vegetable preserves from produce grown on-site. Therefore, we are able to enjoy seasonal products all year long, according to the ancient traditions of the Veneto region.

Just recently, Benedetto converted a full-size passenger bus into a kind of mobile café, in which, while advertising "Agriturismo La Fredda" of Sommacampagna, Verona, he plans to visit the most gorgeous and famous places around Lake Garda and the Veneto in order to give people the opportunity to taste-test a variety of typical regional foods -- wines, cheeses, salami, garden vegetables, appetizers, pasta sauces, and much more.
